• 16.5 hours of exclusive use of renovated Fernwood Gardens Ballroom (4,000 sq ft indoor venue space)*

• Access to the surrounding 6-acre Mr. G's Supper Club property

• Access to the bridge over Logan Creek connected to the Logan Creek State Natural Area and Ridges Sanctuary

• Entertaining space for up to 350 guests for seated indoor events  (375 guests possible but it would be tight)

• Ample off-street parking for all guests

• Indoor speaker system and microphone for speeches and presentations

• 60” round tables comfortably seating 8

• 8’ rectangular tables comfortably seating 10

• Chairs for all guests, covers are available to rent for $2/piece

• Assorted tables and accents

Fernwood Gardens offers a full bar and beverage services (call for more information about bar packages)

• Glassware for all of your indoor bar services

• Includes up to 3 bartenders (5pm – midnight).  *Staffing of the bar is contingent on the size of the event.  More information available in the wedding contract
